Diamond
is a graduate of Oxon Hill High School and a Pre-Med major at the
University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
Diamond believes her place in life should be spent helping others via her chosen career of being a Pediatrician. She was accepted at UMES
as an honor student and has made the Dean’s List with a 4.0 GPA. As a minority woman majoring in STEM we are so encouraged by brilliance.
Commitment to Service
In high school she was a scholar athlete and member of Oxon Hill High School's Softball Team. She attends Emmanuel
Baptist Church and participates in Sunday School, Youth Ministry activities,
Junior Ushers, Church Media Ministry and is involved in the Child Evangelism
Fellowship Ministry (CEF).
For two
summers Diamond volunteered in her churches Summer Arts Academy by teaching a
Bible Study Class of youth ranging from 6-12 years old. The following summer she assisted the PK
ministry of the International Association of Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’
Widows. She is also a part of the Child Evangelism
Fellowship where she facilitated 5 Day Clubs throughout the communities in the
Washington D.C. area for 6 weeks.
Diamond played softball at Oxon Hill High School where her team was
undefeated and went to the playoffs. She
has a quiet spirit, and is respectful, faithful and dependable.
